The Controller operates FitLime projects on domains fitlime.cz, fitlime.sk, fitlime.eu.

2. What personal data we process

A) Data provided directly by the user

• first name and last name
• email
• gender
• age
• height, weight
• sports activity (if provided)
• goals (weight loss, weight gain, recommendations)
• diet type, meal preferences and foods you want to exclude from the meal plan

Note: FitLime does not ask for medical diagnoses, allergies or health status in the order form. Dietary choices are used only to prepare a meal plan that matches what you eat and prefer.

• purchased service (meal plan, consultation, plan)
• selected variant and language
• payment method
• information from the ComGate payment gateway

C) Data from the ComGate payment gateway

• payment identification
• payment status
• amount
• variable symbol
• information about the success/failure of the payment

We receive this data without credit card details.

D) Data generated by using the website

• IP address
• cookies
• analytical data (Google Analytics, or Meta Pixel)
• device and browser information

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

1. Provision of service

   Creation of a personalized meal plan, communication, evaluation of data. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2. Processing of profile and nutrition preferences

   Age, sex, height, weight, activity, goal, sport activity, diet type, meal preferences and foods to exclude are used to personalize the meal plan. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Payments via ComGate

   Payment processing, order confirmation, invoice records. Legal basis: performance of a contract + legal obligation.

4. Marketing and newsletter

   Sending news and tips, special offers. Legal basis: consent.

5. Analytics and website security

   Measuring traffic, error detection, protection against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller.

4. Data retention period

• Data for service provision – 3 years after the last order.
• Form profile and nutrition data for meal plan creation and repeat-order prefill – until deletion is requested or max. 18 months after the last order.
• Invoices and accounting documents – 10 years as required by law.
• Marketing – until unsubscribed / max. 3 years from the last email opened.
• ComGate payment data – according to their internal rules (usually 3–5 years).

5. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be transferred to:

• hosting provider
• web developer / FitLime web administrator
• external accountant
• ComGate Payments, a.s. (payment gateway)
• Google (Google Analytics, Google Workspace)
• Meta Platforms (if you use marketing pixel tracking)

All processors comply with GDPR conditions.

6. Strava activity import

If you choose to connect Strava, FitLime uses OAuth authorization to read your recent activities only for creating your personal meal plan.

• Processed data: activity type, date and time, duration, estimated energy expenditure if available, and technical activity identifiers needed for import.
• Purpose: prefill your training week, estimate training load, and personalize your meal plan.
• Legal basis: your consent to connect Strava and contract performance for creating the personalized service.
• Raw Strava activities and OAuth tokens are not stored in the order. The temporary import preview expires automatically.
• Your Strava data is not shown to other users, sold, used for advertising, or used for AI/model training.
• You can withdraw access in your Strava account settings or request deletion by contacting FitLime.

The FitLime website uses:

A cookie banner with options is displayed upon your first visit.

8. User Rights

You have the right to:

• access your data
• rectification of inaccurate data
